Với hơn 37 năm gắn bó với ngành, ông không chỉ là chuyên gia hàng đầu mà còn là biểu tượng của sự cống hiến không ngừng nghỉ và tầm nhìn luôn hướng về Việt Nam.Ông đã có 24 năm rạng danh tại BMW, & tiếp đó, với vai trò Tổng Giám đốc đầu tiên tại BOSCH Việt Nam, ông đã mang dự án đầu tư hàng trăm triệu đô la vào nhà máy sản xuất linh kiện ô tô đặt tại Long Thành và trung tâm nghiên cứu tại TP Hồ Chí Minh. Đặc biệt, ông là nhân vật chủ chốt đứng sau kỳ tích ra mắt các dòng ô tô và xe máy điện mang thương hiệu Việt chỉ trong 22 tháng, tạo nên bước ngoặt lịch sử cho ngành công nghiệp ô tô Việt Nam.Ông Huệ không ngừng học hỏi và rèn luyện, xem mỗi khó khăn là một bài học để phát triển. Ông tin rằng: "Khi cờ đến tay, bạn có năng lực mới có thể phất." Tinh thần trách nhiệm, kỷ luật, kết hợp với khả năng linh hoạt và tư duy giải pháp đã giúp ông biến mọi áp lực thành bàn đạp vững chắc.
