Barbara Lilla Boschetti è docente ordinaria di Diritto Amministrativo presso la Facoltà di Scienze Politiche e Sociali dell’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. Coordina l’iniziativa “Cattolicaper la Pubblica Amministrazione”, promuovendo l’innovazione nella gestione pubblica. Ha partecipato a convegni nazionali e internazionali su rigenerazione urbana, responsabilità della pubblica amministrazione e resilienza trasformativa. Collabora come esperta con la Commissione Europea nei programmi Horizon 2020 ed è stata consulente per l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione. Autrice di numerosi articoli scientifici, ha pubblicato su riviste giuridiche di rilievo, contribuendo in modo significativo alla riflessione sul rinnovamento del settore pubblico.
