En s’appuyant sur sa propre expérience de vie avec des maladies chroniques, elle invite à repenser notre rapport au travail, en dépassant le mythe de la surproductivité pour promouvoir de nouvelles organisations où l'authenticité de chacun et chacune est reconnue et pleinement valorisée.
