DDY Gıda A.Ş. çatısı altında büyüyen marka, kısa sürede sektörde önemli bir konuma gelerek Microlot Coffee & Roastery, Tastopia Taste Factory, Bonfesta Taste Factory, Arabica Coffee House Maestro, Arabica Kitchen ve Arabica Fit gibi farklı girişimlerle geniş bir ekosistem oluşturmuştur.Ar-Ge çalışmaları, sıfır atık, geri ve ileri dönüşüm projelerine odaklanarak kahve ve gıda sektörlerinde sürdürülebilir ve yenilikçi çözümler geliştirmeye devam etmektedir.Sosyal sorumluluk projeleri kapsamında, İŞKUR bünyesinde baristalık mesleğini tanımlayan ilk marka olarak sektöre katkı sağlamış; barista mesleğinin meslek liselerinde müfredata dahil edilmesine öncülük etmiştir.Hukuki ve girişimcilik deneyimini birleştirerek yalnızca iş dünyasında yön gösterici bir perspektif sunmakla kalmayıp, sektörün sürdürülebilir ve nitelikli iş gücüyle büyümesine de katkıda bulunmaktadır.
