- 17:11How Gen Z is rewritting Innovation | Lê Uyên Thảo | TEDxThuongmai University“Gen Z is not only an inheritor of achievements but also a creator of a new game.” In an era where technology changes every day, Gen Z—with boldness, flexibility, and sharpness—is becoming a key factor in shaping the future of innovation. And that is exactly the spirit that Lê Uyên Thảo brought to the stage of TEDxThuongmai University 2025.With the topic “How Gen Z is Rewriting Innovation,” Ms. Lê Uyên Thảo, Founder of AI Leaders Vietnam, painted a picture of innovation with young people at the center. There is no need to wait until they are “old enough” or “good enough.” Gen Z truly needs a spirit of daring—to step forward, step out of their comfort zone, break boundaries, and continuously learn—in order to adapt exceptionally well to the era of artificial intelligence, sustainable technology, blockchain, and more. What made her talk special was not theory or prediction, but a real story and real journey: a Gen Z who chose to return to Vietnam, build a community, and contribute to “rewriting the rules” in the tech industry through her own initiative.“Gen Z does not need permission to start making change.” To better understand how Gen Z is redefining innovation, rewatch the full, inspiring talk by speaker Lê Uyên Thảo at TEDxThuongmai University 2025 via the video above.
