É especialista em Qualidade e Melhoria Contínua, Ferramentas de Gestão e Six Sigma Green Belt. É representante do IQA - Instituto da Qualidade Automotiva em SC.
Atuou como consultor Sindipeças, com treinamento no Japão pela JICA. Criador do JEDI – Jornada de Empreendedorismo, Desenvolvimento e Inovação –, também é professor, palestrante e co-host do podcast #SCstrong.
