Il gender gap è un problema ancora attuale.
Nel suo intervento Costanza Musso, Amministratrice Delegata del Gruppo Grendi, ha affrontato uno dei temi più urgenti del nostro tempo: la disparità di genere nel mondo del lavoro.
Attraverso dati europei e casi concreti, Costanza ha mostrato quanto sia ancora forte il divario nelle opportunità di accesso alla leadership e alla crescita professionale per le donne. Ma soprattutto, ha messo in luce la necessità di ridefinire i modelli organizzativi, abbattere stereotipi culturali e promuovere un’evoluzione reale, misurabile, trasparente.
Costanza Musso, insignita del titolo di Cavaliere del Lavoro dal Presidente della Repubblica, guida oggi una delle realtà imprenditoriali italiane più dinamiche nel settore della logistica, con un forte impegno verso la sostenibilità e l’impatto sociale.
Con coraggio, visione e determinazione, ci ha ricordato che la parità non è una battaglia femminile, ma un obiettivo comune per costruire un futuro più equo e produttivo per tutti.
Genovese, classe 1964, studi classici, sognava di fare l’archeologa ma si è laureata in Economia e Commercio.
Il suo ingresso nell’azienda di famiglia avviene nel 1996, dopo sei anni in consulenza, e oggi ricopre il ruolo di Amministratrice Delegata della Grendi Holding Società Benefit.Insieme al fratello Antonio, condivide la guida del Gruppo Grendi. Nel corso di quasi trent’anni, hanno rifondato l’azienda partendo dal business, dall’organizzazione e dalla valorizzazione della storia e dei valori aziendali. Questo rinnovamento ha portato il Gruppo a raggiungere, nel 2024, un fatturato consolidato di circa 120 milioni di euro, oltre 240 dipendenti e un indotto di 500 persone.Nel 2019 è stata nominata Cavaliere del Lavoro dal Presidente Mattarella.Nel 2021, il Gruppo è stato trasformato in Società Benefit, inserendo nello statuto obiettivi trasparenti e misurabili in relazione alla sostenibilità ambientale, ai collaboratori e all’interdipendenza con i territori in cui opera.
