An education approach that transcends boundaries is the most powerful driving force capable of turning humanity's dreams reaching for the stars into reality. İngilizce öğretmeni olarak farklı eğitim seviyelerinde görev yapmış ve Lublin Uygulamalı Bilimler Akademisi'nde öğretim görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır. İngilizce dilinde verilen Uluslararası İşletme Yönetimi, Hemşirelik ve Fizyoterapi programlarında dersler yürütmektedir. Şu anda Lublin'deki Galileo Devlet Anaokulu ve Galileo Devlet İlkokulu’nun müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır.2009 yılından bu yana eTwinning programına dahil olup, çoğu Ulusal ve Avrupa Kalite Etiketi ile ödüllendirilen onlarca uluslararası projeye imza atmıştır. eTwinning programının deneyimli bir elçisi olup, ayrıca Lublin bölgesinde öğretmenler için düzenlenen bilgisayar atölyelerinin eğitmenliğini yapmaktadır.Öğretim becerilerini, ABD Büyükelçiliği bursuyla finanse edilen Maryland Üniversitesi'ndeki "Teaching English to Young Learners" (Genç Öğrencilere İngilizce Öğretme) kursu ile geliştirmiştir. 2018 yılında Microsoft Yenilikçi Eğitmen Uzmanları (Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts) grubuna katılmıştır.2021 yılında Hindistan’daki AKS Vakfı tarafından Küresel Öğretmen Ödülü'ne (Global Teacher Award) layık görülmüştür. 2024 ve 2025 yıllarında, Polonya'da dijital farkındalık ve yetkinliklerin geliştirilmesine yönelik bağlılığı ve çabaları nedeniyle List 100 Komitesi tarafından onurlandırılmıştır. Ocak 2025'te ise Hindistan’daki AKS Vakfı tarafından Küresel Müdür Ödülü 2024 (Global Principal Award 2024) ile ödüllendirilmiştir.
