Nico Acampora, fondatore di PizzAut, è stato protagonista di un momento intenso. Nel suo intervento ha raccontato com’è nato il suo progetto rivoluzionario: creare un ristorante gestito da ragazzi autistici, per dimostrare che l’inclusione reale è possibile, concreta, quotidiana.
Con il cuore di un padre e la visione di un imprenditore sociale, Nico ha mostrato cosa significa trasformare un’idea in una missione di vita.
Ha parlato dei ragazzi Aut come risorsa e potenziale, e dell'importanza di farli lavorare fianco a fianco con tutti gli altri. Ha condiviso aneddoti, emozioni e riflessioni che ci hanno fatto ridere, commuovere, pensare. Come quando ha raccontato con ironia che per i suoi ragazzi i “normali” sono una minoranza etnica.
Il suo intervento è un manifesto di speranza e determinazione. Un invito a guardare il mondo con occhi nuovi, a credere che cambiare si può, partendo dalla gentilezza e dal coraggio.
Nico Acampora, fondatore di PizzAut, un progetto che è molto più di una pizzeria: è un simbolo di inclusione, autonomia e opportunità per le persone autistiche.Nato a Napoli e cresciuto nei quartieri popolari di Cernusco sul Naviglio, Nico ha dedicato la sua vita a chi vive ai margini, prima come educatore, poi come ideatore di iniziative sociali rivolte ai più vulnerabili. La diagnosi di autismo di suo figlio Leo ha cambiato tutto: da quel momento, la sua missione è diventata creare un futuro migliore per le persone autistiche.Con PizzAut, Nico ha trasformato un’idea in una realtà concreta che oggi è riconosciuta a livello nazionale e internazionale. Il suo impegno gli è valso prestigiosi riconoscimenti, tra cui l’Ambrogino d’Oro, il titolo di Cavaliere della Repubblica e la nomina a Cittadino europeo dell’anno.
