Cái Giá Của Một Miếng Ăn | Ninh Trung Vu | TEDxTan Hiep Youth
When does a late-night craving become a reminder of who we really are? After nearly a decade of telling food stories online, Ninh Trung Vu realised that the true cost of a dish isn’t just money or calories — it’s the memory and meaning behind every bite. In this heartfelt talk, he invites us to slow down, taste mindfully, and remember why we eat in the first place: not just for views, but for the stories that make us feel alive. Ninh Trung Vu is one of Vietnam’s pioneering food vloggers, inspiring a new generation to explore and tell local food stories. Nominated at Influencer Asia 2017 in the Food category, he is the founder of the Vietnam Food Map — a project dedicated to digitalizing authentic local flavors across the country. With over 850,000 subscribers on YouTube and 420,000 followers on TikTok, he has become a familiar face in major campaigns promoting Vietnamese tourism and cuisine. He graduated top of his class (Valedictorian) in Vietnamese Studies at Thang Long University, Hanoi. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
