The Power of Switching Perspectives in Engineering | Aichen Zhuang | TEDxSHSID Youth
Aichen learned plenty in leading his team to winning third place overall grand trophy in the 12th US National STEM League Finals (NSL). In this talk, he shares two core parts of being a good engineer: taking on interdisciplinary viewpoints in science to find potential solutions and making the best decisions as a team to find the solutino that balances creativity with constraints. Aichen leads the GT Racing team, blending engineering with business principles. He’ll explore how shifting perspectives between disciplines—such as chemistry and business—drives innovation and helps teams solve problems in creative ways.
