Ce talk nous parle de résilience, de patience et du courage qu’il faut pour avancer. Valentin Raffali est un chef marseillais passionné de cuisine depuis ses 14 ans. En 2021, il co-fonde son propre restaurant, Livingston, un bar à vins et bistrot créatif basé à Marseille. Passé dans Top Chef et invité à cuisiner lors de dîners prestigieux, il continue d’explorer la gastronomie avec la même énergie.
