En 2021, il co-fonde son propre restaurant, Livingston, un bar à vins et bistrot créatif basé à Marseille. Passé dans Top Chef et invité à cuisiner lors de dîners prestigieux, il continue d’explorer la gastronomie avec la même énergie.
