At just 17, Aayush Jain planted the seed of what would grow into Teens of God, a youth-driven NGO that’s transforming lives in communities across Gurugram. What began as eight teenagers with a shared dream of “doing something for society” has evolved into a powerful movement impacting thousands — from education programs for underprivileged children to sanitary health drives, road safety awareness, and animal welfare initiatives. In this talk, Aayush shares how small, consistent efforts — collecting ₹200 a month, teaching kids in a park after school, and building trust in the community — turned into a platform of hope and action. Through his story, he uncovers the hidden logic of the ordinary: that when passion meets persistence, even the simplest actions can ripple into extraordinary change. His journey is a testament to the power of youth, the strength of community, and the belief that every effort truly counts. Un racconto corale di come i Talents, un gruppo di giovani autistici, ha trasformato passioni personali in progetti sociali e professionali, grazie a fiducia, creatività e connessioni. Sebastiano e Damiano dopo aver visto la passione nei loro occhi, non potevano che supportare nella comunicazione e far crescere consapevolezza in tutta Italia. Dai Lego alle scuole, dall’arte allo sport, fino al lavoro vero: una storia di inclusione che mostra come le fragilità possano diventare ponti verso gli altri. 46 anni, laurea in legge, editore, dopo un decennio nella comunicazione politica fra Venezia, Roma e Bruxelles, nel 2019 è entrato nel mondo della cooperazione sociale. Coordina il progetto dei Talents, cinque giovani autistici che gli hanno “tolto” la vita ma in realtà – come ogni incontro autentico – gliel’hanno trasformata. Con loro frequenta il principio “nessuna omissione di cultura”: arte, letteratura, filosofia e pensiero possono liberare inclusione e talentiDamiano Marini, 42 anni, ingegnere elettrotecnico, ha trasformato un incidente stradale che gli ha compromesso l'uso delle gambe in un'occasione per reinventarsi. È diventato un atleta di successo, conquistando il titolo di Campione Italiano di Handbike nel 2023 e di paratriathlon nel 2024. Oltre a essere un appassionato viaggiatore, sciatore e apicoltore, Damiano dedica la sua vita a ispirare gli altri: condivide la sua storia nelle scuole e con i tirocinanti di fisioterapia, ha scritto un romanzo di successo e si è impegnato a promuovere il progetto "I Talents", un gruppo di ragazzi nello spettro autistico che costruiscono rampe con i Lego riciclati per abbattere le barriere architettoniche.
