We’ve all been asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” But for many of us, the answer is shaped by societal standards and expectations. We live in a world where academic outcomes are often valued above individuality, and where success is narrowly defined by grades and titles. Through my talk I want to shed light on the pressure that the education system places on students, and encourage you to redefine success, pursue your passions and embrace the freedom to follow your own unique paths free from rigid standards and societal judgement. Recognising how inaccessible therapy was, she co-created an e-learning platform that empowers parents, teachers, and caregivers. Through Phonologix, she partners with NGOs and schools to bring tools to those who need them most.Her story is a powerful reminder that hausla does not always speak loudly, but it always speaks with purpose.
