- 5:08Is AI Stealing Our Creative Soul | Bhavika Khemka | TEDxNAS Guangzhou Panyu YouthWhile AI can imitate and reassemble existing content, it lacks genuine emotion, lived experience, and the vulnerability that define meaningful art. The talk criticizes the trend of outsourcing creativity to machines for the sake of convenience, emphasizing that this not only threatens jobs but also devalues the essence of human expression.I urges a conscious distinction: let AI assist with technical or data-driven tasks, but preserve the creative soul—the struggle, meaning, and emotional depth—for humans. The core message is a call to protect and cherish human creativity rather than surrendering it to algorithms. I'm a born hater and AI is my nemesis. I love making things like messy stories, strange songs, sketches only I understand. But what happens when machines create instead of us? In this talk I'll challenge AI's takeover of art and ask if we can reclaim creativity before it's outsourced to algorithms. Let's push back. - 16:51Dare to Dream | Mr. Sriram V | TEDxNavrachana International School VadodaraThey were children who had never seen an airport, let alone imagined standing on one of the world’s grandest stages. In 2018, twenty-five young souls from the margins of Chennai boarded a plane to Washington, D.C., carrying with them not just music, but years of silence, pain, and unspoken dreams. What unfolded on that stage at the John F. Kennedy Center was more than a performance, it was a cry of freedom, a song of resilience, and a testament to what happens when someone believes in the impossible. This is not just their story. It is a reminder to the world that hope, when given a chance, can take flight. Through art and empathy, he has helped thousands of children rise beyond adversity. Recognized by the World Bank, UNESCO, and Outlook Business, Sriram’s work redefines learning as a path to healing. At TED x Navrachana International School, Vadodara, he reminds us education can open minds and mend hearts. - 17:40Education Beyond The Walls | Mr. Akash Tandon | TEDxNavrachana International School VadodaraWhat happens when children can’t reach the classroom — or the classroom simply doesn't exist? In this heartfelt and eye-opening talk, Akash Tandon challenges the traditional definition of education by sharing his journey of starting Pehchaan The Street School — an initiative that began with ten children on a Delhi pavement and has now impacted over 5000 young lives. From witnessing children playing in drainage water to building an educational movement without buildings, Akash unpacks the limitations of conventional schooling, the myths of social work, and the power of showing up where it matters most. This talk urges us to rethink education, not as a physical space, but as a human connection. Sometimes, to truly educate, we must first unlearn everything we thought we knew about classrooms. What began on a Delhi footpath now uplifts 1,600+ underserved children with the help of 10,000+ volunteers. His mission goes beyond books, it’s about dignity, confidence, and hope. At TEDx, Akash shows how small acts, led by heart, can spark real change. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. - 14:29The vital role of lobster fishers in building climate resilience | Ashley Eugley | TEDxBard CollegeWant to build climate resilience? Talk to a lobster fisher. Having grown up on a lobster wharf in coastal Maine, Ashley Eugley has a unique perspective on how natural resource dependent communities can contribute to our shared understanding of climate change. In this TEDx talk, Ashley highlights the importance of bridging the gap between conventional science and the level where life is lived to cultivate climate resilience. Ashley Eugley is a proponent of uniting science, policy, and collaboration to build climate resilience. Originally from a close-knit fishing community in coastal Maine, Ashley earned a BA in Environmental and Urban Studies from Bard College in 2022. In 2022, Ashley was awarded a Watson Fellowship for her project “Community Science as Community Agency” wherein she spent a year solo-traveling across five continents to explore how community-based science may be leveraged to monitor the impacts of climate change, combat environmental injustice, and enhance community resilience. After returning to the United States, she supported mid-coast Maine communities with devising climate adaptation and resilience strategies.
