Backed by global athlete examples and real science, this talk explores how mindful food choices can support elite training, recovery, and environmental responsibility. Get ready to rethink what fuels success — on and off the court.#TEDx #PlantBasedAthlete #SustainableLiving #Tennis #VegetarianAthlete #IBLearner #ClimateAction #NutritionMyths My name is Parth Sane and I'm in Year 10. I was born in 2010. I am very passionate about Tennis and play it at a competitive level in Asia and around the World. A huge part of Tennis is our Nutrition and how we manage our bodies. I am a vegetarian and became a vegetarian 5 years ago because of personal choice. I believe and have research that proves that being vegetarian actually helps you as it reduces bloating and bodily functions. In this TED X I will discuss how being vegetarian is and how it is better for you.
