From Makers, to Creators: Reclaiming Indian Craft | Vikash Gupta | TEDxSGNS Youth

When did we stop buying things meant to last forever? Vikash Gupta invites us to rediscover India's lost legacy of timeless craftsmanship—where every handcrafted piece carries history, identity, and soul. In this inspiring talk, he calls on young entrepreneurs to revive responsible luxury, turning India’s rich artisan heritage into a movement for cultural pride and global change. Vikash Gupta is the Founder and CEO of Three Sixty, a premium, 100% Made in India lifestyle brand and design studio offering handcrafted leather furniture, mobile bars, home accents, and accessories. A first-generation entrepreneur from Kolkata, he founded Ranvik Exports in 2012 to celebrate Indian craftsmanship on a global stage. His brand reflects his belief in a balanced life — working hard while embracing every moment. Beyond design, Vikash is a certified WSET Level 2 wine professional and also owns the Italian wine label Oprahi. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
