Sahithi Mannar is a passionate mental health professional, advocate, and educator with over 4 years of experience and 5,120+ counseling hours. As the Founder of Sama Jeeva Foundation, she has impacted over 40,000 individuals through education and advocacy against child sexual abuse. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Ph.D. scholar, Sahithi combines evidence-based therapies with a focus on resilience and post-traumatic growth. A 4X TEDx speaker, she inspires change through mental health and community initiatives.
