The Masterpiece Mindset in the Age of AI | Tyo Guritno | TEDxAvicenna Cinere School

Can AI make us more human? Harvard research shows that we remember up to 90% of what we create, compared to just 10% of what we passively consume. In this emotional, story driven talk, Tyo Guritno weaves together childhood memories, ancient legacies, and cutting edge technology to show that the real question isn’t “Is this AI generated?” but “Was it made with soul?”What does it mean to create with soul in the age of AI? Tyo Guritno entrepreneur, technologist, and lifelong creator shares the idea of the Masterpiece Mindset: a way of living where every act of creation, from a sketch to a startup, expands who we are. Drawing on stories from his own journey, global examples, and powerful research, he invites us to see that masterpieces are not reserved for museums, but for everyday life. Tyo Guritno is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including 12 years in Silicon Valley. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading companies such as Electronic Arts and Pandora, where he played a key role in product development and user experience. He has successfully built and exited two tech startups, showcasing his ability to turn innovative ideas into impactful businesses. Currently, he serves as the CEO and Co-founder of Inspigo, a professional learning platform that leverages generative AI to deliver personalized development solutions. In his entrepreneurial work, he is also an innovation mentor for major organizations including Pertamina, FIF AHM, Bank Indonesia, and Indihome, helping them embrace transformation and forward-thinking strategies.
