En esas condiciones, los ciudadanos podemos tener una percepción errónea de cuánto cuestan realmente esos servicios públicos y quiénes son los responsables de gestionarlos y financiarlos.Además, como los gobiernos suelen gastar más de lo que ingresan, parte de la financiación procede de la emisión de deuda pública. En esta charla pondremos encima de la mesa las principales cuestiones estos asuntos: quién recauda nuestros impuestos para financiar determinados servicios públicos.Diego Martínez López es licenciado y doctor en CC. Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad Complutense, actualmente es Catedrático de Economía Aplicada en la Universidad Pablo Olavide de Sevilla, editor ejecutivo de la revista Hacienda Pública Española e investigador asociado de la Fundación de Estudios de Economía Aplicada (FEDEA). Al igual que la primera revolución industrial dejó la fuerza física de los humanos obsoleta, esta nueva revolución amenaza con dejar la fuerza intelectual del humano en un segundo plano del desarrollo global.Corremos hacia un destino incierto, hacia un territorio no explorado que está redefiniendo cómo nos relacionamos con el medio, entre nosotros y con los objetivos que tenemos como sociedad. Y ante un momento tan crucial como éste en el que nos preguntamos qué podemos llegar a hacer debemos preguntarnos antes qué debemos hacer. Debemos reflexionar sobre las implicaciones éticas de nuestro avance. Estamos construyendo un mundo nuevo, hagámoslo de forma ética.Miguel Camacho es conferenciante e ingeniero de telecomunicaciones por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid e ingeniero eléctrico por el Illinois Institute of Technology.
