Although he joined a large company that everyone dreamed of, Osol boldly stopped his career and turned into a cartoonist that he dreamed of as a child. His life began again with "Stop," and now he is delivering courage and comfort to many young people as an instatoon writer. This lecture shows that the choice of "stop" is never a flight under the pressure of society to run constantly, but rather a starting point for finding who you really are. Now, if you need a little pause, this lecture will be your starting point.

- 16:31Spirituality and humanism to build tomorrow | Dominique Thiry | TEDxRivesdeMoselleAnd what if the eternal values of the Church were, in the end, the ones that remain essential if we are to face tomorrow with serenity? Canon Thiry poses this question by reformulating these values using humanist terms that are close to our hearts: friendship, humor, hope, and awareness of our shared past. All of which will enable us to conceive of a tomorrow where alliances take precedence over individualism and simple contracts. Canon Dominique Thiry is a man of faith committed to interfaith dialogue and human encounters. A member of the Chapter of Saint-Etienne's Cathedral in Metz, he advocates openness, listening and sharing as the foundations of a more caring society. His humanist approach invites us to rethink social and spiritual ties in order to build a common future. - 17:31Why our civilization is about to change drastically | Geneviève Boucher | TEDxRivesdeMoselleOriginally tribal, our model of society became hierarchical during sedentarization, in order to meet architectural and technological challenges. At the end of the industrial era, we obtained a model that aims to be efficient, but at the expense of respect for living things. In Europe, the rising generations aspire to a rationalization of the way we produce and consume. As it turns out, this is leading us to a model of society that is virtually the opposite of the one we have built over 6,000 years of sedentary life. Will we be able to change our social model in less than 100 years? Geneviève Bouché is a renowned futurologist specializing in the impact of digital technology on our societies. She believes that it is not digital technology that is changing our lives, but our evolution that is digitizing our lives. Committed to a Europe that makes digital a lever for progress, she shares an enlightened vision of current and future transformations.
