In India alone, 1 in 7 individuals face mental health challenges, and shockingly, 60% never seek help. Why? Because of limited access, social stigma, and the belief that silence is strength.In this talk, Neeraj Singh sheds light on the hidden battles people fight every day and the urgent need to change how we view mental health.
