Unindo a força de sua trisavó Júlia — mulher negra, nascida sob os resquícios da escravidão — com a ancestralidade de Luzia, o fóssil humano mais antigo das Américas, Marcela reivindica o direito de conhecer, honrar e recontar a própria história. Uma jornada de pertencimento, identidade e orgulho, que nos lembra: é preciso saber de onde viemos para escrevermos, com verdade, quem somos. Eu sou a Marcela, tenho 14 anos e sou apaixonada por dançar, porque dançar me faz sentir livre e feliz.
