Mr. Navin most recently served as Chief of Mergers & Acquisitions at Reliance Industries, India’s largest private sector company, where he worked closely with the Executive Committee and business heads to drive corporate strategy and transformative deals. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director at Rothschild, leading landmark cross-border transactions and building Rothschild’s India franchise to global acclaim. He also held a national leadership role in power, energy, and infrastructure at Arthur Andersen. Outside the boardroom, Navin is an avid endurance athlete — having completed over 14 marathons across five continents, five of which are part of the World Marathon Majors, and is a proud Ironman triathlete.
