As a Chinese Classical Dancer for thirteen years, Michelle shares her journey from merely being physically present onstage to fully embodying the emotions of every dance. She explores the relationship between technical skill, the dance, and the dancer, all coming together to tell living, breathing stories of a thousand lives. Michelle has spent 14 years studying Chinese Classical Dance, embodying different characters and stories. She’ll share how dance has taught her the power of seeing the world through others’ eyes and how this perspective can create empathy and inclusivity.
