In "From Burnout to Hope," I address the often-overlooked issue of mental health, sharing a personal story that underscores the urgency of speaking out. Through my journey, I explore the stigma surrounding mental health and the profound impact of silence on individuals and communities. I emphasize that vulnerability is a form of strength, encouraging others to share their struggles and seek help. My talk aims to inspire a culture of openness, connection, and support ultimately transforming lives and fostering greater understanding. A software engineer from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a serial entrepreneur passionate about building impactful solutions. His professional experience spans the Arab Bank, the Royal Court, and the Misk Foundation, giving him a unique blend of technical expertise and deep institutional insight. His entrepreneurial journey began in high school and later evolved into a purpose-driven career. Today, Mazen is the Co-Founder of Labayh, the leading mental health platform in the region, where he is dedicated to breaking stigma and empowering individuals through accessible and transformative psychological care.
