Endurance, Dreams the Journey Beyond Comfort Zones | Gagan Khosla | TEDxScindia School Youth

From being an overlooked student-athlete to conquering ultra-endurance cycling across India, Gagan shares how persistence, mental strength, and positive thinking shaped his journey. He reflects on lessons from school days, the role of resilience in sports and business, and the importance of stepping outside comfort zones. Touching on gut health, friendships, and lifelong learning, his talk shows how desire, skill, action, resolve, and a little luck can take you further than you imagine. An entrepreneur turned endurance athlete, Gagan Khosla is redefining what’s possible—one incredible journey at a time. At 60, he cycled from Leh to Kanyakumari, covering 4,300 km in 29 days to raise funds for The Scindia School. At 66, he rode 6,000 km across India in 37 days, supporting child education initiatives.Driven by purpose and powered by resilience, Gagan continues to turn personal milestones into powerful statements of social change. From long-distance cycling to now setting his sights on Mount Everest, he proves that age is not a limit—it’s a launchpad. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
