Impress Yourself | Masu Haque-Khan | TEDxWinsor School Youth

In this TEDx talk, Masu shares her journey from seeking external validation as a high-achieving student and lawyer to discovering a deeper, internal source of identity. Through her ‘Impress Yourself’ framework—know yourself, grow yourself, inspire yourself, and check yourself—she challenges us to stop living for likes and accolades, and instead build self-confidence from within. Masu Haque-Khan is a Winsor (and Fessenden) parent of three who has worn several professional hats. A former employment lawyer, law school career counselor, math teacher and non-profit director, Masu is a connector who currently consults and volunteers for various civic, political and philanthropic organizations and causes. Masu possesses over fifteen years of experience serving on the boards of various non-profits, civic organizations and educational institutions. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
