Dhwanikta Sahani graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Management and Economics, where she received a full merit scholarship and ranked among the top of her class. She has worked across private banking, corporate and investment banking, and consulting with experience at Union Bancaire Privée, Société Générale, BNY Mellon, and Invest India. Her work has focused on ESG risk management, operational resilience, and finance transformation, helping institutions strengthen risk frameworks and deliver measurable growth. Outside of work, Dhwanikta co-authored two books on leadership and innovation. she co-founded Women in Tech, partnering with companies such as Amazon and Accenture to run coding workshops and mentorship programs for hundreds of students. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, where she was a National U-19 gold medalist, and classical dance, which she has practiced for over seven years.
