Ces dernières années, les associations françaises connaissent une crise du bénévolat : de moins en moins de personnes se portent volontaires pour leur venir en aide. Or sans travail bénévole, notre société ne pourrait pas fonctionner : que ce soit le travail bénévole que l'on fait en privé, pour soi et ses proches, ou le travail au sein d'associations solidaires ou culturelles. Laure nous partage donc ses expériences au sein de son club de natation, à la Croix Rouge ou encore aux Jeux olympiques de Paris 2024. À travers ses anecdotes, elle nous confie les doutes, les à priori, le jugement de la part des personnes extérieures... qu'elle oublie bien vite face aux rencontres, aux valeurs, aux surprises et aux souvenirs. Elle nous partage le secret de tous les bénévoles et nous invite à nous lancer, chacun à notre échelle, dans la belle aventure du bénévolat. Laure, passionnée par l’humain et son fonctionnement, possède 15 ans d’expérience en recrutement, mobilité internationale, formation et développement RH. Entrepreneuse depuis trois ans, elle accompagne des PME sur les RH, l’évaluation des soft skills et participe à des projets de transformation d’entreprises, tout en formant des étudiants en Master RH.
