Un tarlo cancerogeno in un sistema costruito sul lavoro e che al lavoro si appella per crescere e generare benessere. Perché succede questo? Cosa spinge l’essere umano ad andare contro l’interesse dell’impresa che gli dà da vivere, cioè in ultima analisi contro il suo stesso interesse, trasformandola in un continuum di discriminazioni, esclusioni, vessazioni? Nel 2022 gli è stata assegnata la menzione speciale al TTG Star Award, che riconosce ogni anno la personalità di spicco nel turismo italiano, e dal 2023 è certificato da Eventex fra le cento persone più influenti della meeting industry mondiale. È autore di quattro romanzi, uno dei quali racconta autobiograficamente la sua esperienza di “uomo vestito da donna”: “Crossdresser – Stefano e Stefania, le due parti di me” (Ugo Mursia Editore). Da molti anni è attivo a sostegno dei diritti civili, dando testimonianza su giornali, tv e social media.
