A project dedicated to ensuring education and health for children in vulnerable conditions. Through the construction of school infrastructure, the provision of essential services, and support to local communities, Jackfurit creates sustainable and lasting interventions in Uganda.Can education become the engine of change? Every action on the ground in the project is designed to generate a concrete and lasting impact.
Born in Gulu (Uganda), an orphan, she escaped civil war by taking refuge in Kampala. “Adopted” by an Italian priest, she graduated in Psychology at Makerere and obtained a master’s degree in human resources management. She worked for 10 years with Emmaus Foundation, later co-founded the Jackfruit Foundation to help disadvantaged children by providing healthcare, nutrition and education.
