Vanshika Arora is a Counseling Psychologist, Founder of MindMosaic, and a PhD Scholar in Clinical Psychology. Her work bridges the gap between clinical research and everyday mental health. With over three years of experience aincluding at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital she specializes in therapy for young adults, parents, and couples. She is trained in CBT, mindfulness, and psychometric testing, and holds a diploma in Nutrition and Gut Health. Her PhD research focuses on the intersection of overthinking, emotional regulation, and digital addiction. Through her brand and public speaking, she advocates for accessible, stigma-free mental health care rooted in science and empathy.
