He speaks to thousands of people among Fortune 500 companies across 42 countries based on his ideas revolving around ‘Managing & Winning Gen-Y, Motivation and Leadership’ which were featured on CNN, BBC and the Huffington Post.He has shared the stage speaking globally with icons like Virgin’s Sir Richard Branson, Father of Social Business Prof. Muhd Yunus, AirAsia’s Tony Fernandes and had even received a special visit by President Barack Obama during a workshop organised by Microsoft, in which Michael was a Coach & Facilitator.Michael was an Honorary Inductee into the Golden Key Society, U.S.A and an Associate Fellow with the Royal Commonwealth Society, U.K.Prior to his career as a global speaker, advisor and entrepreneur, Michael has worked as a Management Consultant, Outreach Strategy Director and a Brand Consultant.He obtained his tertiary education from New Zealand, aside from that he also attended special educational courses from Harvard University, Stanford University and INSEAD. A bully victim at school, Michael now inspires people to be their 'Best!' in order to provide and help the world. Under the artistic direction of Agustina Videla (AR), was founded in 2019 and was born from the desire to collectively explore the development of movement dynamics in dance in its broadest form — including contemporary, urban, and breaking styles — through dialogue with other artistic languages, such as photography, visual arts, and theater.Also in 2019, the group received the Elisabete Anderle Award for Cultural Promotion in Santa Catarina, Brazil, with a proposal focused on research and experimentation.After the premiere of its first performance, [In]fixo, in 2022, the company has been gaining recognition within the contemporary dance scene of Blumenau and the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. It has since been selected in several public calls for proposals involving research, touring, performance production, and dance film projects.
