- 16:51How breathing can support your best self | Ginni Wero | TEDxYouth@EEB3We think of breathing as something common, something we do every day. We don't realize its power. Different breathing techniques have been used throughout the ages as valuable tools to channel the best out of ourselves. In this talk, how can breathing help us? Infinity isn’t just about the stars, the universe, or time—it’s within us too. Not measurable, only to be experienced. When you look at the stars, immerse yourself in nature, or get lost in music, you might feel like time stands still – or during some of your classes ?.Just as the universe appears endlessly vast, our minds have infinite potential.
