Dans son talk, Cynthia WODIE propose une réflexion profonde sur le leadership de demain. Elle défend un leadership authentique, enraciné dans des valeurs. Un leadership qui ne cherche pas seulement à diriger, mais à inspirer et transformer durablement. Cynthia Wodié est une experte en communication institutionnelle forte de plus de 15 ans d’expérience. Titulaire d’un MBA en Commerce International à Paris, elle a occupé plusieurs postes de haut niveau, notamment Directrice de la Communication au Ministère de la Jeunesse, et est actuellement Conseiller Technique à la Haute Autorité pour la Bonne Gouvernance.
Certifiée de HEC Paris en 2023, elle est également auteure du e-book « Comment refléter nos valeurs par l’image ». En parallèle de ses fonctions officielles, elle initie des plateformes d’impact telles que le Prix de l’Éthique, le Forum de l’Image et de la Réputation, ou encore la Conférence de la Jeune Fille.
Récompensée par plusieurs distinctions (NRI Awards, GIZ, PME-PMI Magazine), elle milite activement pour la promotion de l’éthique, du leadership féminin et de la jeunesse en Côte d’Ivoire. Son parcours est reconnu par des médias de renom, et elle intervient régulièrement en tant que jury ou experte dans des cercles d’influence. Elle est aussi Présidente de l’Association des Cadres Catholiques de l’Église Saint Jean de Cocody.
