Adhya explores the relationship between octopi and human neuroscience to uncover brain secrets hidden in the deep sea. Adhya Duggal is a William Mason High School junior and is beyond grateful for the opportunity to speak at a TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchool. She dedicates her time to volunteering with nonprofits that strive to help underserved communities in healthcare and is a passionate advocate for amplifying women's voices in STEM. Inspired by her family’s support and sacrifices, she hopes to continue growing and dreams of one day watching the sunrise from every corner of the world. Baraah explores the difference between independence and self reliance and the strength that comes from these qualities. Baraah Mansour is a Senior at Maumee High School, and is a part of many programs such as Student Council and Youth Leadership Toledo. Baraah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gets involved in her area as much as possible such as joining youth groups and community service opportunities. Baraah will be attending the University of Toledo to continue her degree legal and paralegal studies and hopes to one day see a Free Palestine.
