Debrecenben született és ott végezte az iskoláit is. Érettségi után közös céget alapított édesapjával. Az ország akkori legnagyobb élelmiszer-ipari cégének a disztribúcióját hozták létre, és építettek fel egy ezt támogató szállítmányozási céget Debrecenben. 2001-ben Budapestre költözött és ingatlanbefektetésekkel kezdett el foglalkozni a fővárosban és Dél-Spanyolországban. A 2008-2009-es válságban mindenét elveszítette, és újra kellett építenie az életét. Elvégzett egy business coaching iskolát, és még abban az évben elkezdte a tréneri és coaching karrierjét. 2020-ban alapította meg tanácsadó cégét.
