¿Qué significa innovar siendo mujer en un mundo que aún no espera que lo hagas? La Dra. Paola Durán comparte su audaz viaje desde la ciencia básica hasta el emprendimiento, desde el laboratorio hasta el campo, desde la teoría hasta el impacto real. Una historia de coraje, maternidad, frustraciones, logros y puentes que no estaban ahí, pero que se construyeron igual. Porque la innovación también es femenina. Y porque cruzar esos puentes puede cambiarlo todo. Doctora en Biología Vegetal por la Universidad de Barcelona y Ms. Agricultura Ecológica. En 2023 recibió el Premio Nacional a la Mujer Innovadora en la categoría profesional del agro, reconocimiento entregado por la Fundación para la Innovación Agraria (FIA) y que destaca el aporte que realizan chilenas a los procesos de innovación, desarrollo y fortalecimiento en el área. A través de Agro DNA KIT, Empresa con base Científico Tecnológica que nace desde el @lab_biocontrol Universidad de La Frontera, gana el 2do lugar a nivel nacional de Santander X Award Chile.
