資訊流動迅速,「媒體識讀」被認為是現代人不可或缺的基本素養。透過豐富的視野、柔韌適切的語言,紛擾中,媒體負起責任看見並傳播更清晰,也更立體的世界,而作為個體、人、公民,也可以做出判斷,建立自己可以被挑戰的核心價值觀,在日常中行動、思考資訊與真相的距離,在機制中透過各種方式交流、邁向理想的世界。 范琪斐(Chi Fey Fan)是一位資深媒體人、新聞評論員與自媒體創作者,擁有豐富的國際新聞採訪與媒體運作經驗。曾擔任 CNN擔任駐美特派記者,負責報導美國重大新聞事件。、台灣各大新聞平台的記者與主持人,專長於時事評論、國際新聞分析及媒體識讀教育。她致力於提升公眾對新聞真實性的認識,並透過 YouTube、Podcast 等新媒體與觀眾交流,分享她對時事、民主價值及媒體影響力的觀察。以犀利且富有深度的視角,范琪斐希望幫助更多人培養獨立思考的能力,在資訊爆炸的時代辨識真相。在燈光溫暖的錄影棚裡,我第一次與范姊面對面,心中有點緊張,也更多是敬仰。她看著眼前這位曾穿梭於白宮新聞室、如今在社群時代繼續堅守資訊戰場的記者,忍不住問:「范姐,中文媒體的自由度應該比中國高,但為什麼報導反而更讓人迷失呢?」范琪斐沉穩地笑了笑:「因為錢,因為市場。真相需要成本,也需要選擇的勇氣。」聽著范姐談「不販賣仇恨」、談「民主是一種信仰」,談如何不斷在媒體海洋裡選擇可信的聲音。她忽然理解到,那些看似冷靜分析的語句背後,其實有一顆溫熱的心——一個在資訊亂流中,努力為觀眾搭起理解之橋的人。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
