She graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Mechatronics, and completed a postgraduate course in Project Management at Warsaw School of Economics. Marta began her career as a reliability engineer and later joined the Edison Engineering Development Program. She quickly advanced into leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Outside of work, she explores servant leadership and ways to foster innovation in daily tasks. She loves competition, which drives her to grow continuously. Above all, Marta believes everything is possible, and she approaches life with optimism and joy.
