Hoy, Carlos es un emprendedor y consultor que ha asesorado a más de 100 empresas, desde Fortune 500 hasta startups. Ha liderado transformaciones nacionales como la factura electrónica del SAT y la reestructura de Pemex. Pero su propósito va más allá de transformar empresas: busca rediseñar el sistema para unir impacto económico y social.
