He also issued a call to Romanian tech and AI specialists: create local value, build data centers and AI solutions “made in Romania,” and carry our country into 2030 with heads held high—ready for the new normal. George Buhnici is a Romanian journalist, vlogger, and innovator, known for his passion for technology and sustainability.With a media career spanning over 25 years, he began in 1997 and spent eight years hosting the first tech show on ProTV, the market leader during his time there. Fascinated by life-improving solutions, George—together with a team of specialists—built the first premium passive house in Romania, the ninth of its kind in the world. The project generates more energy than it consumes, proving that sustainability can be both comfortable and practical.In 2017, he took the stage at TEDxCluj, where he shared his experience of having a chip implanted in his hand, exploring the boundary between technology and humanity.
