Lone Voice, Own Voice | Aarohi Joshi | TEDxNavrachana International School Vadodara

This talk takes the audience on a journey into the quiet spaces where true breakthroughs begin. Through personal stories, Aarohi explores the power of listening to her inner voice — the soft, often inaudible whisper that guides her choices, shapes her relationships, and fuels her growth. From navigating friendships to finding strength in independence, she shows how tuning into this inner compass can help filter out the noise of the world and lead us toward authenticity. Aarohi Joshi, a student at Cygnus World School, lives up to the meaning of her name, which means “to ascend,” by constantly pushing herself to reach new heights — as a painter, Bharatnatyam dancer, orator, actor, and the 10th Board School Topper. As the Head Girl of her school, she strives to embody the belief that what truly defines us is our will, our values, and our choice to listen to the voice that matters most — our own. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
