Leo Skarlatos is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of AT, overseeing the company’s operations and strategic direction since June 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Representative of the Minister of Communications, collaborating with AT’s leadership on restructuring and future planning.Leo brings over 20 years of executive experience in the telecom sector, having held positions like the former Chief Finance Officer at MTN Ghana, amongst other high senior management roles at Vodafone, Orascom, and ROMTelecom across multiple countries including Ghana, Zambia, Romania, and Myanmar. He also held senior roles at United Technologies Corporation, working across the U.S., Europe, and globally.Mr. Skarlatos holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Hartford in Connecticut, USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, USA.
