How style shapes who you become | Orsolya Kovács Yurkov | TEDxTârguMureș

Every outfit you choose is more than fabric – it’s a message. In this talk, Orsolya ‘Yurkov’ Kovács reveals how the way we dress can shape our confidence, our relationships, and even the life we’re creating. Drawing from her own transformation and powerful client stories, she introduces enstylement: a way of dressing that is rooted in honesty, strength, and self-connection. Because the most powerful impression you leave is not what people see – it’s what they feel. Orsolya Kovács Yurkov is a Hungarian style consultant, mentor, and founder of the Yurkov Style Consultancy. For over 15 years, she has been guiding women on a deep journey of self-expression and inner alignment through their outer appearance. Combining her background in Buddhist philosophy, embodiment theory, and conscious style, Orsolya coined the term enstylement — the process of becoming who we are through how we dress and present ourselves in the world. Her approach is not about fashion, but about presence, authenticity, and transformation. Orsolya has worked with thousands of women across Europe, and California, helping them reconnect to their bodies, reclaim their confidence, and live more intentionally — one outfit at a time. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
