¿Nos podemos enamorar de un chatbot? ¿Puede una IA ser nuestra mejor amiga? Cada vez más personas utilizan los chatbot de compañía y establecen con ellos relaciones de amistad o amor. ¿Son reales los sentimientos que se desarrollan hacia los chatbots? ¿Cómo afectan a las personas y a la humanidad las relaciones parasociales con chatbots conversacionales? Una charla TEDx con muchas preguntas y ninguna respuesta. Su trabajo se centra en la intersección entre tecnología y cultura con un enfoque centrado en el ser humano, promoviendo la innovación y la adaptación digital en sectores creativos como el audiovisual, el audio, el editorial y la industria musical.
En la actualidad, uno de sus objetos de investigación es la relación entre los seres humanos y los chatbot conversacionales. Fue asesora senior en el Spain Audiovisual Hub del Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital de 2021 a 2023.
En el ámbito académico, imparte cursos de posgrado sobre Gestión de Proyectos e Innovación en Industrias Culturales en diferentes programas de máster. Investiga y publica libros blanco y artículos, y da conferencias como la charla 'El factor humano: amistad, amor y muerte en la era de las IA conversacionales' en T3ch Fest 2024.
