Swimming Through Solitude: Finding Strength in Silence | Diana Meneses | TEDxIGA School Youth

Through the quiet rhythm of swimming, solitude revealed itself not as emptiness, but as a space for healing. In the silence, there was room to reflect, to grow, to breathe. Seventeen-year-old Diana Meneses is deeply thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic. She loves swimming and finds peace and connection in the quiet world beneath the water. She has formed close bonds with the wise seniors around her. She learns from their wealth of experience and grows from their guidance. Diana is also an accounting expert who wants to study and provide financial support to social projects. Her hobbies, which include physical movement and intellectual engagement, demonstrate her love of creativity and thoughtfulness. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
