- 0:17One pan meal with KristaLet's make on of my favorite one-pan meals in the best Goodful pan out there! @callmekristatorresFind the pan here! https://goto.target.com/c/468058/81938/2092?subId1=SOCIALGoodfulTargetKrista4-&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.target.com%2Fb%2Fgoodful%2F-%2FN-q643le3gpqjINGREDIENTS: About 2 cups of sweet potatoes 4 TBSP Olive oil or butter 1 cup rice 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin Salt + pepper to taste 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes 1/2 can rinsed black beans 1/2 can Southwest style corn 2 cups vegetable broth Sliced bell peppers as desired 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (or vegan substitute) Recipe: Peel sweet potatoes and chop into small pieces. In a large frying pan, over medium heat add in the olive oil and sweet potatoes. Stir until potatoes are browned on the outside (about 10 minutes). Then, add in the rice, stirring and browning it for about 5 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients and then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover for about 15 minutes or until the rice fully cooks. Then add in the cheese, mixing until it melts. Top with cilantro, avocado, and whatever other toppings you desire — it's SO good!

Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat and add in chopped onions, sautéing for 5 minutes. 2. Add in cubed potatoes, chopped cauliflower, and broth. Turn up to high heat until it boils, then reduce to medium and cover for 25 minutes or until both potatoes and cauliflower are fully cooked. 3. Add in heavy whipping cream and pour mixture into a blender, blending until ingredients are smooth. 4. Pour mixture back into pot over low heat, adding in butter, seasonings and shredded cheese. Once melted, serve garnished with green onion.
- 0:39Marry Me Chicken and OrzoMarry Me Chicken and Orzo with our favorite Goodful pan thanks to @eatfigsnotpigs π RECIPE BELOWShop the Goodful pan here here! https://goto.target.com/c/468058/81938/2092?subId1=SOCIALGoodfulTargetAshley4-&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.target.com%2Fb%2Fgoodful%2F-%2FN-q643le3gpqjRECIPE: (serves 4) 2 TBS olive oil (I used some from the jar of sun dried tomatoes) 10 oz vegan chick’n pieces 1 cup diced shallot 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped 6 cloves fresh minced garlic 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 cup uncooked orzo 2 cups vegetable broth 1 cup nondairy half & half 1 cup vegan parmesan or 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 4 cups loosely packed baby spinachMETHOD: Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, cook the chick’n, stirring often, until heat through and slightly crisped around the edges, 4-5 minutes. Add the shallot, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning, and continue to cook while stirring until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Pour in orzo, broth, nondairy half & half and parmesan. Mix to combine and increase the heat to high. Once at a light boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer, stirring every few minutes, until the orzo is cooked through and the mixture has thickened, 12-15 minutes. In batches, toss the spinach in and continue to cook just until it’s wilted, 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with more vegan parmesan and enjoy!
