At the age of nine, he lost his mother, and with her, he lost his sense of direction. Once a top student and class leader, he slowly began to withdraw from the world, unable to see meaning in achievements that once mattered. Years later, a single image on social medialed him to a story that mirrored his own loss but responded to it differently: with purpose.That encounter quietly shifted something within him. Today, he is honored and grateful to be empowering thousands of young people around the world to take action and create positive change, helping them find their own purpose and voice. Amimul Ehsan Khan is a Tokyo-based Marketing Manager at an IT company and the Project Management Lead at the global youth-led nonprofit Awareness 360. Originally from Bangladesh, he graduated from Tokyo International University in 2023 with a degree in International Relations. Honored with the Diana Award for his outstanding social impact, Khan balances his professional work with passions for youth empowerment, traveling, and cooking.
